Shipping Information

Our policy is to ship the following business day once purchases are complete.  You will be notified the day of your purchase if shipping the following business day is not possible.  

Unframed collages will be sent via USPS Priority Mail or International Priority whenever possible.  Tracking information will be provided.  $50 insurance is automatically included with USPS Priority Mail.  If you prefer additional insurance, please communicate with us via email and we'll be happy to accommodate your preferences.

Framed collages will be sent via UPS ground services whenever possible.  UPS Worldwide will be used for international shipping of framed collages.  We will contact you via email to discuss insurance options.

If you prefer an alternative shipping carrier, please email us.

We take every precaution in packaging and shipping collages. We reuse and repurpose packaging and shipping materials whenever possible. If you expect fancy studio boxes or shipping materials, you are shopping from the wrong artist.  While we are not responsible for loss or damage incurred during shipping, we are willing to help facilitate any insurance claims if necessary. 

Signing of collages will be done at your request.  In our experience some people like them to be signed and some do not.  If you wish for Robert to sign your purchased collage please indicate this via email, including where you would like him to sign (for example: back lower right corner, front lower left corner and so on).  Also, please indicate if you'd like him to personalize the signature.
